Privacy Policy

BarBrief by Jessica (“BarBrief”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website, why we collect it and how it is protected, in keeping with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information we collect

• Your name and email address when you place an order, sign in or contact us.
• Your name and phone number when you request a session.
• Your email address (and name, if given) when you request our free study resources, along with whether you agreed to receive emails from us.
• Order details: the products or sessions purchased, amounts and payment status.
• Basic, anonymous analytics about how pages on the site are used.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

How we use it

• To deliver your purchased notes and give you secure access to them.
• To contact you about the sessions you request.
• To send order and sign-in emails, and to reply to your messages.
• To send study tips and updates, only if you agreed to receive them. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

We rely on trusted providers to run the site — including payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, hosting and database services. They process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Retention and security

We keep order and session request records for as long as needed to give you access to your purchases and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Access to records is restricted, connections are encrypted, and downloads are only available through authorized links.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing barbriefbyjessica@hotmail.com.
