About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website, buy study notes or book a session with BarBrief by Jessica. By completing a purchase you agree to them.

Study materials

• The notes are summaries prepared from the 2026-27 LSO Licensing Material and are not a replacement for the material provided by the Law Society of Ontario.
• BarBrief is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Law Society of Ontario.
• Candidates are responsible for checking any updates to the licensing material.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. The full cost is displayed before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and access is granted only once payment has been verified.

Digital delivery

Notes are delivered as digital PDFs. After verified payment, a secure download link is shown on screen, sent to the email address you provided and kept in your account. A preview of each document is available before purchase so you can review the format.

Licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the notes for your own exam preparation. You may not share, resell, upload or distribute the files or their contents. Download links are personal to you; unusual activity may lead to access being suspended.

Sessions

Exam Strategy Sessions and Subject Tutoring are 60-minute sessions. Request a session on the Booking page and Jessica Kabuli will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a time. If you need to change a session, contact us as early as possible at barbriefbyjessica@hotmail.com.

Questions about an order

If something isn’t right with your order or a download, email barbriefbyjessica@hotmail.com with your order number and we will help.

The notes and sessions are study aids. Exam outcomes depend on many factors, and no particular result is guaranteed.
